Ingredients

  • 1 piece red bell pepper (de-seeded)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 50 g parsley (peeled and cut)
  • 1 piece onion (cut into two)
  • 2 tbsp pomace olive oil
  • 100 g carrot (cut into cubes)
  • 0.75 tsp oregano seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp chilli flakes (powdered)
  • 40 ml water
  • 160 g spaghetti
  • 10 g grated cheese
  • 50 g paneer (cubed)
  • 10 g butter
  • 60 g pasta water (reserved)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add red bell pepper, garlic, parsley, onion, pomace olive oil, carrot, oregano seasoning, chilli flakes, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut and sauté

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cut and sauté the ingredients at 95°C for 15 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add pasta and cheese

Add the pre-boiled spaghetti, paneer, butter and grated cheese to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will mix everything at 95°C for 7 minutes using automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir in the reserved pasta water for an additional 2 minutes. The Creamy Veggie Pasta is ready to be served.
