Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 200 g Cabbage (cut in 3)
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 30 ml Water

Add spices and oil to jar

Add Refined Oil, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Hing, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, and Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds. The device will now temper the spices.

The device will now cut and cook cabbage

Add the cut cabbage to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the cabbage.

Add peas and water

Add the washed peas and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the cabbage and peas at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring and a stir duty of 6 at a 140° angle. The device will continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes.
