
Add chickpeas, water, mustard seeds, ginger, curry leaves, grated coconut, hing, cumin seeds, green chili, and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Pressure Cook" mode. The device will automatically adjust the pressure and time for optimal cooking.
The Upliance 2.0 will pressure cook the chickpeas for 30 minutes at 100°C. Automatic pressure release will occur upon completion.
Discard the pressure cooking water. Add oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Sauté" mode at 120°C for 10 minutes. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the aromatics (mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger, green chili). Add the cooked chickpeas and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt to taste. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir in the salt. Garnish with additional curry leaves if desired. The Chickpea Sundal is ready to serve.
