Add 1 Green Chilli (remove), 6g peeled Ginger, and 4 stems rootCut Green Coriander to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 1 tbsp Ghee and 1 tbsp Refined Oil. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes (180 seconds) with automatic stirring at speed 14, stir duty 6, and stir angle 140. The device will automatically sauté the aromatics.
Add boiled potatoes, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 0.75 tsp Rock Salt, and 0.75 tsp Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 8 minutes (480 seconds) with the lid on, automatic stirring at speed 14, stir duty 6, and stir angle 140. The device will automatically cook the curry.
Remove the cooked Dahi Aloo from The Upliance 2.0 jar into a bowl. Add 140g Curd and mix well. Garnish with 2 stems minced Green Coriander. The dish is ready to serve.
