Add Coriander Seeds, Powdered Ghee Roast Masala, Green Chilli, Green Cardamom, Garlic, Turmeric, Cinnamon Stick, Coriander Powder, Methi Seeds, Ginger, Black Pepper, Dried Red Chilli, Curry Leaves, Black Cardamom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select roast mode at 110°C for 4 minutes for initial roasting and spice preparation.
After roasting, transfer the spices to a mixer grinder (outside of Upliance 2.0) and grind into a fine powder. Return the powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar and add Tamarind Paste, Jaggery Powder, Ghee and Salt to the jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add water, Bay Leaf, Clove. Sauté the aromatics at 100°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add boiled eggs and raw eggs to the jar.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the mixture at 95°C for 2 minutes with stirring, and then simmer for 8 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and the Egg Ghee Roast is ready to be served.
