Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 10 g Butter, 15 cloves peeled Garlic, and 3 Dried Red Chillies to The Upliance jar.
The device will now chop the garlic and chillies, then sauté them on medium heat for 1 minute to release aromatics.
Add 400g washed Prawns, 0.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, 0.25 tsp Salt, and 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch to the jar. The device will cook on medium heat for about 11 minutes with automatic stirring.
The dish is ready. Transfer the stir fry to a bowl and garnish with minced Coriander Leaves and 0.25 tbsp Lemon Juice.
