Ingredients

  • 50 g Urad Dal (roasted)
  • 20 g Wheat Flour (roasted)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (deseeded)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Add ingredients to jar

Add roasted urad dal, roasted wheat flour, garlic, ginger, green chili, refined oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, and jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Repeat the above with remaining ingredients
