Ingredients

  • 250 ml Water
  • 3 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Tata Chakra Gold (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Wagh Bakri (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp 3 Roses Natural Care (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Red Label Natural Care (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Tata Gold (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Brooke Bond Red Label (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Tata Premium (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Tata Kanan Devan (powder)
  • 1.5 tsp Tata Agni (powder)
  • 150 g Packet Milk
  • 1.5 tsp Taj Mahal (powder)
  • 4 g Ginger (Peeled & Grated)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add water, green cardamom powder, and all tea varieties to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now boil the tea

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically boil the contents of the jar at 90°C for 5 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add milk and spices

Add milk, grated ginger, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will then simmer the mixture at 100°C for a total of 100 seconds, with intermittent stirring (refer to the device's detailed instructions for precise timing and stirring parameters).

The Chai is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will maintain the temperature at 50°C until serving. Pour out tea from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve.
