Ingredients

  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (quartered)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 180 g Curd
  • 11 g Refined Flour (Maida)
  • 60 ml Water
  • 500 g Chicken Curry Cut (washed)
  • 3 tsp Kasoori Methi

Prepare the aromatics

Add quartered onion, peeled ginger, garlic cloves, dried red chilli, and green chilli to The Upliance jar.

Chop and Sauté

The device will now cut the vegetables. Add refined oil to the jar. The Upliance will sauté the mixture on low heat for approximately 9 minutes with automatic stirring.

Cook the Chicken Curry

Add chicken, curd, refined flour, water, salt, and pepper to the jar. The device will cook the curry on medium heat for 20 minutes to ensure tender meat and a creamy gravy.

Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready. Transfer the curry to a serving bowl and garnish generously with kasoori methi.
