Ingredients

  • 150g Wheat Flour
  • 98ml Water
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Onion (removed)
  • 5 stems Cabbage (rootCut)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 50g Carrot (peelncut)
  • 100g Button Mushroom (cutin3)
  • 50g Coriander Leaves (wash)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.75 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (meas)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 150g wheat flour, 98ml water, 8 peeled garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, 5 chopped stems of cabbage, 1 piece of green chilli, 50g peeled and chopped carrot, 100g chopped button mushrooms, and 50g washed coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select knead mode at 20°C for a total of 50 seconds with 10 seconds pause between each 10 seconds knead.

The device will now mix the dough

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically mix the dough for 50 seconds at 20°C. The device will pause for 10 seconds between each 10 seconds of mixing.

Add remaining ingredients and steam

Add 1 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper powder, and 0.75 tbsp dark soy sauce to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically steam the momos at 95°C for 1500 seconds. Automatic stirring will occur with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees. The device will automatically stop after 4200 seconds.

The dish is ready

Remove the momos from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Serve with prepared momo chutney (prepared separately).
