Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 130 g Onion (cutFour)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove stalk)
  • 2 pieces Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Sugar
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 100 ml Water
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (wash)
  • 40 g Fresh Cream
  • 200 g Paneer (cut)
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi

Add aromatics to jar

Add oil, jeera, hing, onions, garlic, and chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté spices on medium heat for 1 minute and automatically chop the aromatics.

The device will now cook the base

The device sautés the onion mixture for 9 minutes. Add tomatoes, dry spices, and water. The Upliance cooks the gravy on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add paneer and simmer

Add frozen peas, fresh cream, and paneer cubes. The device will gently simmer the curry on low to medium heat for 7 minutes to cook the peas and soften the paneer.

The dish is ready

The cooking process is complete. Transfer the Matar Paneer from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl, garnish with Kasoori Methi, and serve.
