    Instructions

Everyday low-effort matar paneer. Pair with rice or chapati

    1. 1

      Sautéing Initial Aromatics

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 tsp Jeera, and 0.5 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode, and The Upliance will sauté these for 1 minute on high heat. Then, add 130 g quartered Onion, 15 cloves peeled Garlic, and 1 piece stemmed and deseeded Green Chilli. The Upliance will automatically chop these and then sauté the mixture for 6 minutes on medium heat, followed by another 2 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring.

    2. 2

      Cooking the Gravy Base

Add 50 g washed Tomato, 40 g Salt, 1 tsp Sugar, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, and 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will now cook these spices and tomatoes with the aromatics for 2 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring, then continue cooking for 5 minutes on medium heat. After cooking, The Upliance will blend the gravy base for 8 seconds.

    3. 3

      Simmering Matar Paneer

Repeat the above process by adding 2 portions Frozen Peas, 250 ml Water, and 200 g Cubed Paneer to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will cook these ingredients on high heat for 10 seconds, then simmer the Matar Paneer for 7 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring, ensuring the flavors meld perfectly.
