Add 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.75 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.25 tsp Fennel Seeds, 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder, 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds, 0.25 tsp Nigella Seeds, 0.5 tsp Hing, 2 tsp Methi Seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 180 seconds using PID control with speed 13, stirDuty 6, and stirAngle 140, followed by 5 seconds at 20°C and speed 1. Then it will cook again at 95°C for 300 seconds using PID control with speed 14, stirDuty 6, and stirAngle 140.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will indicate that the Green Chili Pickle is ready. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
