    Ingredients

    • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked for 1 hour)
    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 1 Bay Leaf
    • 1 Dried Red Chilli
    • 60 g Carrot (chopped)
    • 100 g Frozen Peas
    • 50 g Sweet Corn
    • 400 ml Water
    • 1.25 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

      Add spices to jar

      Add ghee, bay leaf, and dried red chilli to The Upliance jar to prepare the aromatic base.

      The device will now sauté spices

      The device selects medium heat and sautés the spices for 30 seconds to release their flavors.

      Add vegetables, rice and cook

      Add carrots, peas, corn, spice powders, salt, soaked rice, and water. The Upliance cooks on low heat for approximately 27 minutes with gentle automatic stirring.

      The dish is ready

      Once the cooking cycle is complete, garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot.
