Add ghee, bay leaf, and dried red chili to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14 using automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the spices. Add soaked rice, carrot, sweet corn, and frozen peas to the jar. Add coriander powder, Kashmiri Mirch, and salt. The device will continue to stir automatically.
Add water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid. Select the cooking setting: 10 seconds at speed 1, then 420 seconds at 95°C, followed by 3 seconds at speed 1, and finally 1200 seconds at 95°C, all with automatic stirring (stir duty 6, stir angle 140).
Once cooking is complete, remove the Tahiri from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve.
