  • 350 g Boiled Potatoes (diced)
  • 2 piece Tomatoes (none)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil (none)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Sugar (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Chaat Masala (none)
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 700 ml Water (none)

Initial Ingredient Preparation

Add diced boiled potatoes, tomatoes, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Ensure the lid is on for boiling.

Boiling and Straining

The Upliance 2.0 will now boil the potatoes and tomatoes at 95°C for 25 minutes with automatic temperature control. Strain the boiled ingredients after the timer is complete.

Sautéing Aromatics and Spices

Add mustard oil, green chili, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 1 minute with automatic stirring. Then add salt, sugar, garam masala and chaat masala and let the Upliance 2.0 mix for 2 minutes.

Final Mixing and Garnishing

Add the boiled potato to the jar and let The Upliance 2.0 mix for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. The Aloo Tamatar Chokha is now ready to serve.
