DelishUps take on the chicken pulao
Add onions, green chillies, garlic, and coriander leaves to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these aromatics. Separately, marinate the chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, and spices in a bowl.
Add whole spices, oil, and ghee to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode; the device will cook the onion mixture and spices on medium heat for about 8 minutes with automatic stirring until golden.
Add the marinated chicken and mint leaves to the jar. The device sautés them on low heat for 4 minutes. Add drained rice and water, then the device cooks the pulao on low heat for approximately 32 minutes using automated rice settings.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, let the rice rest in the jar for 5 minutes. Open the lid, fluff the rice gently, garnish with fried onions if desired, and serve.
