Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 100 ml Water (none)
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar (none)
  • 1.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (none)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt (none)
  • 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce (none)
  • 1 tsp Sugar (none)
  • 100 ml Water (none)
  • 1 piece Zucchini (cutFour)
  • 50 g Carrot (05f36d09-a66f-44ca-abd5-9d909ad34f71)
  • 50 g Button Mushroom (wash)
  • 0.25 tsp Corn Flour (powder)

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp of Refined Oil. The device will now cut/cook the aromatics using the "Cutting" setting (10 seconds at 20°C).

The device will now cook the sauce

Add remaining ingredients except Zucchini to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sauce using the "Cooking Sauce" setting (5 seconds at 20°C, then 5 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring).

Add vegetables and cook

Add Carrot and Button Mushroom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vegetables using the "Sauteing Vegetables" setting (5 seconds at 20°C, then 8 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring). Add Zucchini and cook using the "Sauteing Zucchini" setting (3 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring).

The dish is ready

The Sweet and Sour Vegetables are ready. Serve immediately from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Enjoy!
