You've probably eaten Kung Pao before, but not quite like this one. We've made a guilt-free version of the popular starter. Spicy diced chicken, mixed with peanuts, delicious on its own, or with rice or noodles

Add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp of Refined Oil. The device will now cut/cook the aromatics using the "Cutting" setting (10 seconds at 20°C).
Add remaining ingredients except Zucchini to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sauce using the "Cooking Sauce" setting (5 seconds at 20°C, then 5 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring).
Add Carrot and Button Mushroom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vegetables using the "Sauteing Vegetables" setting (5 seconds at 20°C, then 8 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring). Add Zucchini and cook using the "Sauteing Zucchini" setting (3 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring).
The Sweet and Sour Vegetables are ready. Serve immediately from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Enjoy!
