Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken - Curry Cut (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (none)
  • 40 g Curd (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (none)
  • 60 g Onion (cut in two)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 20 ml Refined Oil (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala (none)
  • 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (none)
  • 50 g Capsicum (cut in four)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 1 piece Lemon Wedges (none)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add garlic, onion, and green chili to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Meanwhile, marinate the chicken with salt, curd, pepper, and turmeric in a separate bowl.

The device will now cook the chicken

Add the marinated chicken, oil, garam masala, lemon juice, and corn flour to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add vegetables and finish cooking

Add capsicum and curry leaves to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the capsicum for 5 seconds and then sauté the mixture on low heat for 4 minutes.

The dish is ready

Open the jar lid. Garnish the Lemon Pepper Chicken with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
