Add 100g onion (rootCut), 10 cloves Garlic (peel), and 2 green chillies (cutFour) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 40 ml of Refined Oil. The device will now automatically cut the aromatics using the pre-programmed settings for "Cutting Aromatics".
Add 220g diced potatoes, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, and 0.5 tsp Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will cook the curry at 95°C using the "Cooking Curry" settings for a total of 2160 seconds (36 minutes) with automatic stirring and temperature regulation.
Add 100ml of Coconut Milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the curry at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes) using the "Sautéing Aromatics" settings with automatic stirring. Adjust salt to taste.
The Creamy Potato Curry is ready to be served. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with Coriander leaves (if desired).
