Ingredients

  • 50 g Coconut (grated)
  • 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 280 g Water (divided)
  • 200 g Pineapple (chopped)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 80 g Thick Curd (whisked)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 2 Dried Red Chillies (broken)

Add ingredients to jar

Add chopped pineapple, 200g water, turmeric, salt, and sugar to The Upliance jar to begin the base of the curry.

The device will now cook the pineapple

The Upliance will cook the pineapple on low heat for approximately 11 minutes with automatic stirring until the fruit is tender and spices are absorbed.

Add paste and simmer

Add the blended coconut-cumin paste and thick curd to the jar. The Upliance will simmer the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes to blend the flavors without curdling.

The dish is ready

Transfer the curry to a bowl. Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilies in hot oil in a separate pan, pour over the curry, and serve.
