Ingredients

  • 300g Mutton (Curry Cut, Marinated)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 140g Basmati Rice (Soaked)
  • 100ml Water
  • 2 pieces Sambar Onions (Shallots, cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 7 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4g Ginger (peeled)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder (solid)
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 40g Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 2g Coriander Leaves (cleaned)
  • 200g Tomato (cut)
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeeze)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, marinated mutton, shallots, and spices to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 5 minutes. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the mutton

The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the mutton at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring. Then, add soaked rice, water, and tomatoes to the jar.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the biryani at 95°C for 20 minutes using automatic stirring. Add mint and coriander leaves after 10 minutes.

The dish is ready

Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Let the biryani sit for 5 minutes to fluff. Garnish as desired.
