Ingredients

  • 10 pcs Cashews
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 20 g Pistachio
  • 400 g Paneer
  • 20 g Cream
  • 120 g Full Fat Milk
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 4 tbsp Rose Syrup
  • 9 tbsp Sweet Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 tsp Saffron

Instructions

Add nuts and paneer to jar

Add cashews, almonds, pistachios, and paneer to The Upliance jar to prepare the base of the barfi.

The device will now grind the base

The Upliance will grind the dry fruits and paneer for 20 seconds to achieve a coarse, grainy texture suitable for Kalakand.

Add liquids and cook

Add cream, milk, cardamom, and rose syrup. The device cooks on low heat for 15 minutes. Add condensed milk and saffron, then let The Upliance cook and stir automatically on low heat for another 15 minutes.

The dish is ready

Transfer the mixture to a greased tray. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set. Cut into squares, garnish with nuts, and serve.
