Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 2 Green Cardamom (crushed)
  • 2 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 medium sized Tomato (peeled and chopped)
  • 220g Potatoes (cubed)
  • 200ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.75 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (seeds)
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi (for garnish)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Ghee, Jeera Powder, Turmeric, Green Cardamom, Green Chilli, Cinnamon Stick, and Hing to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 40 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

Add chopped tomatoes, Kashmiri Mirch, Amchur Powder, Jeera, and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the vegetables at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add potatoes and water

Add cubed potatoes and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the potatoes and gravy at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.

Garnish and serve

Add Kasoori Methi for garnish. The dish is ready. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically keep the dish warm until serving.
