Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Biryani Cut (marinated)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 whole Green Cardamom
  • 2 whole Black Cardamom
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Kewra Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Instructions

Add marinated chicken and aromatics to jar

Add marinated chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 5 minutes until chicken is lightly browned. Then, add green and black cardamoms, dried red chillies, and black pepper.

The device will now cook the chicken and spices

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the chicken and spices at 95°C for 15 minutes. Add curd and continue cooking with automatic stirring for another 10 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer

Add onion, green cardamom powder, saffron, coriander leaves, ghee, cashews, and sunflower seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Stir in kewra water during the last minute.

The Chicken Rezala is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will indicate when the cooking is complete. Remove from the jar and serve hot.
