Ingredients

  • 400 g pre-steamed rice (none)
  • 0.5 tsp dark soy sauce (none)
  • 1 stems spring onion green (cutinthree)
  • 20 g frozen peas (wash)
  • 2.5 tbsp refined oil (none)
  • 0.25 tsp salt (none)
  • 1 piece green chilli (cutTwo)

  • 6 cloves garlic (peel)
  • 0.25 tbsp tomato ketchup (none)
  • 0.5 tbsp vinegar (none)
  • 0.5 tbsp red chilli sauce (none)
  • 1 piece onion (remove)
  • 20 g sweet corn (wash)
  • 20 g carrot (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (powder)

Instructions

Add aromatics and vegetables to jar

Add garlic, onion, green chili, peas, french beans, carrot, sweet corn and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics and vegetables

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring. The device will then automatically switch to a simmer mode for 410 minutes at 95°C.

Add rice and seasonings

Add pre-steamed rice, dark soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili sauce, salt, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will stir for 15 seconds at 20°C. Then it will stir for 60 seconds at 95°C. Finally, it will stir for 300 seconds at 95°C.

The dish is ready

Garnish with spring onions. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. Remove from the jar and serve.
