Ingredients

  • 100 g Spinach (trimmed)
  • 100 g Red Amaranth Leaves (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1.5 piece Onion (quartered)
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 80 ml Water

Temper the Spices

Add refined oil, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. The device will heat the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds.

Chop and Sauté Aromatics

Add peeled garlic, quartered onions, and green chilli to the jar. The device will automatically chop the vegetables and then sauté them on low heat for 3 minutes.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, salt, water, spinach, and amaranth leaves. The device will chop the leafy greens and cook the sabzi on low heat for approximately 16 minutes with automatic stirring.
