Ingredients

  • 350 g Potato (diced)
  • 700 ml Water
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.75 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add diced potatoes, water, green chili, and onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now boil the potatoes at 95°C for 25 minutes with automatic stirring using PID control.

Add spices and remaining ingredients

Add turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the potatoes and spices at 20°C for 60 seconds with automatic stirring, lid off.
