  • 250 g boneless chicken (washed, marinated)
  • 200 g basmati rice (soaked)
  • 10 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece ginger (cut)
  • 20 g ginger (cleaned)
  • 30 g ginger (rootCut)
  • 1 green chili (remove)
  • 4 g green chili (peeled)
  • 24 g green chili (whole)
  • 0.5 tsp cumin seeds (whole)
  • 3 green chilies (whole)
  • 0.25 tsp black peppercorns (whole)
  • 2 tbsp refined oil (whole)
  • 1 tsp mint leaves (whole)
  • 40 g mint leaves (whole)
  • 400 g water (whole)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add garlic, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the chicken

Add marinated chicken and mint leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the chicken at 95°C for 10 minutes, with automatic stirring and scraping. Then, it will continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes (600 seconds) at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Add rice and water to jar

Add soaked basmati rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the biryani at 95°C for 21 minutes (1260 seconds) with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will indicate completion. Let the biryani rest in the jar for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with minced ginger if desired.
