Ingredients

  • 20 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 2 g ginger (peeled)
  • 1.5 pieces dried red chilli (remove)
  • 1 piece onion (cutTwo)
  • 6 stems coriander leaves (rootCut)
  • 1 tbsp refined oil (none)
  • 100 ml water (none)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (none)
  • 1.5 tbsp red chilli sauce (none)
  • 0.25 tbsp corn flour (none)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp salt (none)
  • 0.25 tsp sugar (none)
  • 0 ml dark soy sauce (none)
  • 1 piece capsicum (cutFour)
  • 50 g carrot (peelncut)
  • 50 g babycorn (6686531c-67b3-4f47-9d8f-53f2b34738f8)
  • 10 g zucchini (47de5bff-2bb7-4dc7-ae97-804108a799ae)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add garlic, ginger, dried red chilli, onion, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add refined oil and water.

The device will now cut and sauté

The Upliance 2.0 will now cut the aromatics on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Then select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat with carrots

Add carrot to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will cut the carrots on speed 6 for 5 seconds. Then continue sauteing at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Add babycorn and zucchini to the jar, and saute for 10 minutes at 95°C. Add the sauce ingredients to the jar (brown sugar, red chilli sauce, corn flour, black pepper, salt, sugar, dark soy sauce). The dish is ready to serve with steamed rice or noodles.
