You've probably eaten Kung Pao before, but not quite like this one. We've made a guilt-free version of the popular starter. Spicy diced chicken, mixed with peanuts, delicious on its own, or with rice or noodles

Add garlic, ginger, dried red chilli, onion, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add refined oil and water.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cut the aromatics on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Then select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add carrot to the jar. The Upliance 2.0 will cut the carrots on speed 6 for 5 seconds. Then continue sauteing at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add babycorn and zucchini to the jar, and saute for 10 minutes at 95°C. Add the sauce ingredients to the jar (brown sugar, red chilli sauce, corn flour, black pepper, salt, sugar, dark soy sauce). The dish is ready to serve with steamed rice or noodles.
