Add 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Green Chilli (cutFour), 10 cloves Garlic (peel) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 60 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.25 tsp Hing, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 0.5 tsp Garam Masala and 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 180 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the tomato with spices.
Add 200 g Tofu (cut in cubes) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 90°C and let Upliance cook for 480 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the tofu with the base.
Garnish with 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince) and serve. The Tofu Bhurji is ready.
