Add Roasted Chilli, White Sesame Seeds, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, Green Chilli, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Turmeric, Methi Seeds, and Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes) with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 240 seconds (4 minutes) with automatic stirring. Lid and cap should remain off.
Add Water, Salt, Grated Coconut, Tamarind Paste, Coriander Seeds, Jaggery, Peanuts, and Blended Powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now cook everything together at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes) with automatic stirring, lid and cap on, stir duty 6, stir angle 140. Then it will stir at speed 1 for 5 seconds. Repeat the heating process for another 300 seconds.
The Mirchi ka Salan is ready. Garnish as desired. Pair with Pulao or Roti.
