Ingredients

  • 100 g Soaked Oats (washed)
  • 500 g Rolled Oats (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 4 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 Green Chilli (deseeded)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 piece Red Bell Pepper (cut into fourths)
  • 0.5 piece Capsicum (deseeded and cut into fourths)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into fourths)
  • 30 g Green Chilli (washed and chopped)
  • 50 g Carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)
  • 10 g Peanuts (raw)
  • 4 Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add soaked oats, rolled oats, hing, turmeric, curry leaves, green chili, mustard seeds, red bell pepper, capsicum, onion, green chili, carrot, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Mix Seasonings" mode at 20°C for 1 minute.

The device will now cut/cook vegetables

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically cut the vegetables using the "Cutting Vegetables" setting. This will take approximately 8 minutes at 20°C with automatic stirring.

Cook the Poha

Add lemon juice and sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Cooking Poha" mode. The device will cook the Poha at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with peanuts and coriander in The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Oats Poha is ready to serve.
