Ingredients

  • 120 g Hakka Noodles
  • 800 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 90 g Onion (cut in two)
  • 80 g Cabbage (cut in 3)
  • 1 piece Capsicum (cut in four)
  • 60 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
  • 0.25 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.25 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Maggi Veg Soup Cube
  • 1 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 4 g Spring Onion Green

Instructions

Boil the Noodles

Add water, salt, minimal oil, and Hakka Noodles to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the noodles on medium heat for 9 minutes. Strain and set aside.

Prepare the Aromatics

Add garlic, ginger, chilli, onions, and remaining oil to The Upliance jar. The device will now chop the ingredients and sauté them on low heat for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

Cook Vegetables and Sauce

Add cabbage, capsicum, and carrot to The Upliance jar. The device will cut the vegetables. Add sauces and soup cube. The device will cook everything on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Mix and Serve

Remove the vegetable mixture into a bowl. Add the boiled noodles and mix properly. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. The dish is ready.
