Add onion, green chili, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for 5 minutes at 120°C with automatic stirring. Then, add the oil and continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients (cauliflower, carrots, peas, capiscum, spices) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 100°C and let The Upliance 2.0 simmer the Bhaji for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with butter-toasted pav. The dish is ready.
