Ingredients

  • 100 g Washed Chickpea (soaked overnight)
  • 500 ml Water (soaked overnight)
  • 150 g Cauliflower (trimmed and washed)
  • 100 g Onion (cut into fourths)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (removed stem)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 20 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2.5 pieces Tomato (cut into halves)
  • 5 g Coriander Leaves
  • 2 stems Green Chilli (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 60 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 30 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 0.5 piece Capsicum (cut into fourths)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add onion, green chili, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook the aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for 5 minutes at 120°C with automatic stirring. Then, add the oil and continue stirring for another 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add the remaining ingredients (cauliflower, carrots, peas, capiscum, spices) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 100°C and let The Upliance 2.0 simmer the Bhaji for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.

The Pav Bhaji is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with butter-toasted pav. The dish is ready.
