Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp Jeera (whole)
  • 0.5 tsp Hing
  • 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli (crushed)
  • 2 Cashews (removed from shell)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 15 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 2 pieces Onion (cutTwo)
  • 20 Cashews (whole)
  • 100g Hot Water
  • 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 200g Tofu (cut in cubes)
  • 180ml Cream
  • 15g Butter
  • 10g Ghee

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Jeera, Hing, Dried Red Chilli, Cashews, Garlic, and Mint Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will automatically stir.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics

Add Onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 4 minutes with speed 1. The device will automatically stir and scrape. Then increase speed to 12 for 10 seconds.

Repeat the above with spices and tomatoes

Add Tomato, Kashmiri Mirch, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Salt, and Sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 6 minutes with speed 1. The device will automatically stir and scrape. Then increase speed to 12 for 10 seconds. Add soaked cashews.

The dish is ready

Add Tofu, Cream, Butter, and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with speed 14. Then reduce temperature to 90°C for 2 minutes. Garnish with extra mint leaves. The Kaju Tofu is ready.
