Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 piece Potato (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 50 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 200 g Moong Dal Sprouts (washed)
  • 30 g Potato (9a18e69c-35ff-4ad6-90d6-6367f5709316)
  • 1.25 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 400 ml Water
  • 5 g Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 3 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 piece cut Potato, 1 piece cut Onion, and 50g peeled Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 100°C for 30 seconds.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and cook the base at 95°C for 10 minutes with the lid on.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 200g washed Moong Dal Sprouts, 30g prepared Potato, 1.25 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1.5 tsp Jeera, 0.5 tsp Coriander Leaves, 400ml Water, 5g peeled Garlic, and 10 cloves peeled Garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring and lid on.

The dish is ready
