    • 1 whole Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
    • 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 35 g Chickpea Water (reserved from boiling)
    • 1 tbsp Tahini Paste
    • 60 g Ice Cubes
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Vibrant and colorful, beetroot hummus is a twist on the classic dip, infused with the earthy sweetness of roasted beets.
