Ingredients

  • 100g Masoor Dal (split, washed and soaked overnight)
  • 400ml Water
  • 1 piece Onion (cut)
  • 6g Ginger (peeled)
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kitchen King Masala
  • 150g Frozen Peas
  • 30g Coriander Leaves (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • Salt to taste

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add the soaked dal, water, onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, turmeric powder, Kitchen King Masala, peas, coriander leaves, Kasoori Methi, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Add oil and sauté aromatics

Add refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Sautéing Aromatics" program. The device will automatically sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 3 minutes using the TAT heating mode.
