Ingredients

  • 140 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed and soaked)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 130 g Onion (cut into four)
  • 200 g Spinach (washed)
  • 30 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (divided usage)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 380 ml Water

Add aromatics and greens to jar

Add green chilli, garlic, onion, spinach, and mint leaves to The Upliance jar. Add ghee, jeera, hing, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt.

The device will now cut and sauté

The Upliance will chop the ingredients automatically and sauté the mixture on medium heat for approximately 12 minutes to create a flavorful green base.

Add rice and cook

Add the soaked rice and water to the jar. The Upliance will simmer the khichdi on low heat for about 30 minutes with automatic stirring to ensure perfect consistency.

The dish is ready

Once cooked, transfer the hot Pudina Palak Khichdi to a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining ghee.
