Ingredients

  • 20 g Almonds (roasted)
  • 10 g Cashews (roasted)
  • 30 g Makhana (roasted)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 7 tsp Makhana (uncooked)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 100 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 0.25 tsp Saffron

Add ingredients to jar

Add almonds, cashews, makhana, and ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 6 minutes. The device will now roast the dry fruits.

The device will now cook the Kheer

Add makhana, green cardamom powder, milk, sugar, and saffron to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the ‘Cook Kheer’ preset at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will cook the kheer until thickened.

The dish is ready
