    Ingredients

    • 20 g Cashews
    • 10 g Almonds
    • 30 g Makhana
    • 1 tbsp Ghee
    • 7 tsp Sugar
    • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
    • 100 ml Water
    • 300 g TetraPak Milk
    • 0.25 tsp Saffron

    Instructions

    Creamy and aromatic Rice Kheer aka Indian Rice Pudding is made with basic ingredients and is the quintessential Indian dessert that every Indian grows up eating. Flavored with cardamom, and nuts, it’s the best way to finish off an Indian meal

      Add dry ingredients

      Add Cashews, Almonds, Makhana, and Ghee to The Upliance jar. The built-in scale will ensure exact measurements.

      Roast and chop

      The device will now roast the ingredients on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes with automatic stirring. Afterward, it will automatically chop the nuts for 10 seconds.

      Add milk and cook

      Add Sugar, Green Cardamom Powder, Water, Milk, and Saffron to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 23 minutes, stirring continuously to thicken the kheer.

      Serve

      The Makhana Kheer is ready. Transfer from The Upliance jar to a bowl, garnish with extra saffron or nuts if desired, and serve warm or chilled.
