  • 1 bay leaf (remove)
  • 2 pieces onion (cut into two)
  • 10 cashews
  • 8 stems coriander leaves (root cut)
  • 25g butter
  • 0 refined oil
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 200g cauliflower (trim)
  • 10g kasoori methi
  • 120g tomato
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 garam masala
  • 1 aromatic paste
  • 2 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cream
  • 2 tsp water

Prepare Aromatics

Add garlic, green chilli, bay leaf, onion, cashews, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
