Ingredients

  • 250 g ripe mango (peeled)
  • 0.5 red bell pepper (de-seeded)
  • 1 green chili (cut into two)
  • 4 stems coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (squeezed)
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Add ingredients to jar

Add the peeled mango, de-seeded red bell pepper, chopped green chili, chopped coriander, chopped onion, and lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add salt.

Select the "chop" mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set the speed to 8 and the time to 5 seconds. The device will automatically chop the ingredients in the jar.

If you prefer a coarser salsa, you can skip this step. For a finer salsa, repeat the chopping step once more. The Upliance 2.0's precise control ensures consistent chopping.
