Ingredients

  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g almonds
  • 30 g cashews
  • 250 g besan flour
  • 6 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 10 g cashews (for garnish)
  • 250 g roasted besan

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 250g besan flour, 6 tbsp ghee, and 2 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the roasting mode at 120°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now roast and mix

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically roast and mix the besan flour, ghee, and cardamom powder at 120°C for 7 minutes. Ensure the stir function is activated.

Add remaining ingredients and mix

Add 120g powdered sugar, 30g almonds, and 30g cashews to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to a mixing mode at 80°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

The dish is ready

Once mixed, remove the laddu mixture from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with 10g of cashews. Form the mixture into small balls (laddus).
