Add ginger, green chilli, onion, garlic, and tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The device will now cut/cook the aromatics
Add turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, refined oil, and soaked moong dal to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir well. The device will now cook the dal and spices at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add frozen mixed vegetables to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now simmer the dal and vegetables at 95°C for another 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to a low temperature setting. Stir in ghee and garnish with coriander leaves (if desired). The dish is ready.
