Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 30 g Blended Paste
  • 40 g Sambar Onions (cut)
  • 40 g Onion (cut)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 6 pieces Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Grated Coconut
  • 3 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 400 g Chicken - Curry Cut (wash)
  • 0 ml Water
  • 4 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 2 g Ginger (peel)
  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (remove)
  • 1 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 100 g Coconut Milk
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeeze)
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 0 g Salt

Add ingredients to jar

Add coriander seeds, blended paste, sambar onions, onion, refined oil, green chilli, turmeric, grated coconut, tamarind paste, coriander powder, jeera, kashmiri mirch, chicken, water, garlic, ginger, dried red chilli, methi seeds, black pepper and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now roast spices

The Upliance 2.0 will now roast the spices at 100°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring. Add 30ml water to the blender.

Repeat above steps for aromatics and chicken

Add remaining refined oil, followed by garlic, ginger, onions, green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add Chicken and sauté for 10 minutes at 95C.

The dish is ready

Add coconut milk, lemon juice, and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer the curry for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. The Kori Ghassi is ready.
