  • 80 g Black Urad Dal (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
  • 30 g Rajma (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
  • 30 g Chana Dal (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
  • 3 tbsp Ghee (divided)
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add ghee, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onions, and tomatoes to The Upliance jar. Ensure the chopping blade is inserted before adding ingredients.

Add the boiled dals, water, salt, and powdered spices to the jar. The device will simmer the mixture on low heat for 12 minutes with continuous slow stirring to achieve a creamy consistency.

Add butter, cream, and kasoori methi. The device will mix these in gently. The dish is ready; garnish with fresh coriander and serve with Naan or Rice.
