Add 2 tbsp Ghee, 0.5 tsp Jeera, and 0.25 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode on high heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring until fragrant. Then, add 5 g peeled Green Chilli, 1 Whole Black Cardamom, and 5 stems root-cut Coriander Leaves to the jar.
The Upliance will now automatically chop the added aromatics on a high speed for a short duration (10 seconds). Following this, the device will sauté the aromatics on high heat for 1.5 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring they are perfectly fragrant.
Repeat the above process by adding 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.5 tsp Garam Masala, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Amchur Powder, and 0.5 tsp Salt to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté these spices with the aromatics on medium heat. Then, add the pressure-cooked black chickpeas and 50g reserved chickpea water to the jar, and Upliance will cook them with the spices on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.
Once cooked, your Navratri Dry Chana is ready. The Upliance will prompt you to garnish with 1 tbsp of Ghee and 5 stems minced Coriander Leaves for a final touch. Serve hot.
