  • 0.5 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)

Instructions

1

Prepare the tempering

Add 2 tbsp ghee, cumin seeds, and hing to The Upliance jar. The device will heat the ingredients on medium heat for 1 minute to release the aromas.

2

The device will now cut and sauté

Add ginger, green chillies, and coriander stems to the jar. The device will automatically chop these aromatics and then sauté them on medium heat for approximately 2 minutes.

3

Add spices and chickpeas

Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, amchur, salt, and the pressure-cooked chickpeas to the jar. The device will mix and cook everything on medium heat for 7 minutes to coat the chana evenly.
