Ingredients

  • 150 g Paneer (cut)
  • 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 pieces Onion (remove)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 100 g Carrot (ab492da4-449f-4b53-9795-2cbc724e43eb)
  • 50 g Broccoli (05f36d09-a66f-44ca-abd5-9d909ad34f71)
  • 50 g Button Mushroom (cut)
  • 0.25 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Onion (handchop)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Paneer, Dried Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Broccoli, Button Mushroom, Dark Soy Sauce, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes.

The device will now sauté the ingredients

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients for 10 minutes at 20°C, followed by 600 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring and temperature control. The device will then stir for a further 10 seconds at 20°C.

Add aromatics and sauté

Remove Paneer from the jar. Add additional Onion and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar (do not rinse). The Upliance 2.0 will sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 180 seconds using automatic stirring and precise temperature control.

The dish is ready

Combine the sautéed aromatics with the previously sautéed Paneer and vegetables in a bowl. Enjoy!
