Add Paneer, Dried Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Broccoli, Button Mushroom, Dark Soy Sauce, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients for 10 minutes at 20°C, followed by 600 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring and temperature control. The device will then stir for a further 10 seconds at 20°C.
Remove Paneer from the jar. Add additional Onion and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar (do not rinse). The Upliance 2.0 will sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 180 seconds using automatic stirring and precise temperature control.
Combine the sautéed aromatics with the previously sautéed Paneer and vegetables in a bowl. Enjoy!
