Add washed Rajma, measured rice, peeled garlic, and 2 tbsp olive oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Mincing" mode at 20°C for 10 seconds with speed 12 and scrape.
The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the Rajma and rice. Set the pressure cooker to cook for 30 minutes on low flame or 4 whistles. Once cooked, discard water. Then, add 380ml water, washed onion, tomato ketchup, and prepared spices to the jar. Select "Cooking Mexican Rice" mode. The device will automatically stir and maintain 95°C for 7 minutes with automatic stirring, followed by 20 minutes at 95°C.
Add cut Red Bell Pepper, de-seeded Yellow Bell Pepper, de-seeded Tomato, and cut Sweet Corn to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Sautéing Vegetables" mode. The device will automatically stir and maintain 95°C for 5 minutes. Then, add Jeera powder, salt, and black pepper to the jar.
Garnish with minced coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir for 3 minutes at 20°C with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140°. The Rajma is ready to serve.
