  • 0.5 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 10 g Pineapple (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 5 pieces Dried Red Chilli (remove seeds)
  • 1 tsp Black Urad Dal
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (wash)
  • 200 g Pineapple (be8b5dc0-ac94-4cf1-a6f3-b63433db0624)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 140 g Water
  • 0 g Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to the jar

Add Blended Paste, Coconut Oil, chopped Pineapple, Turmeric, Dried Red Chilli, Black Urad Dal and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Cook and blend initial set of ingredients

The device will now cook the ingredients at 90°C for 6 minutes with automatic stirring and blending.

Add second set of ingredients to the jar

Add Pineapple, Water, Salt, Sugar, and Grated Coconut to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will simmer at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Tempering is done manually by the user outside of the appliance. Garnish with tempered spices and Black Sesame Seeds. Serve Pineapple Gojju with rice.
