Ingredients

  • 25 pieces Dried Red Chilli (soaked in warm water for 30 mins)
  • 400 g Tomato Ketchup
  • 8 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into two)
  • 3 tsp Vinegar

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add soaked red chilies, tomato ketchup, refined oil, dark soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, and cut onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook ingredients

Select "Making Schezwan Chutney" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically heat to 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring, followed by a 30-second cool down at 20°C. The device will then automatically sauté at 95°C for 10 minutes with stirring.

Repeat the above

Add Vinegar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Sauteing Aromatics" mode. The device will automatically heat to 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring at a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees, followed by a 30-second cool down at 20°C.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Let the Schezwan chutney cool down in the jar. Store in a glass airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
